hey guys i have the daytona wing on my 2004 quad cab i just took it of to haul some stuff but it was kinda a pain anyone know if there is a fast way or some kind of ez kit cause you have to take out the tail lights n what not its kinda sucks. plus the only bolt is really hard to get to. i know the bolt comes off easy then you should be able to slide it back but there was a lot of glue n what not there so it wouldnt slide.

No haven't heard or seen anything . Have a friend at work that bought a Daytona truck but was missing the wing . Found one on ebay . Bought it and told me how much of a pain it was to install . Guess it has to be pretty secure to the bed , don't need it being ripped off the bed because of the air coming over it . If I run across any tricks I will let you know .

Haven't found anything myself. Thought about a hardtop toneau with a wing on it? If you are good with metal or know a good shop, you could get them to fab up a custom quick connect that slides in from the cab side then tightens down with set screws.

Yah, i can imagine its a pain. I guess thats a good thing so if it decides to grow legs at least they will be shackled.:LOL:I myself havent seen nor heard of any kits for the wing either. I will definately inform you if i do.

I'm sure a bracket of some sort could be fabbed with like maybe hood pins used to keep it on. Obviously mount it on the underside of the wing. Just my thought.

Anything is possible.
