Believe it or not...
 
so i was lookin at cleaners for headlight lens for my 99.it had that hazy lookin yellowish tint on the outside sooo i looked at all these magic cleaners and "the works" products a sham or just to much... until i saw one youtube video... i was shocked on what they used!!

IT WAS TOOTHPASTE!!
it actually works, i tried it and ooo la la it works :D

and now my headlight are minty clean hahah

Be surprised what a little whitening can do, lol! We oughta start a thread for all us who have done this to see which brand works best, haha! Colgate Total Plus Whitening, here! :smileup:

Thats because toothpaste has a lot of abrasive qualities. Its like wet sanding. But hey whatever works. :smileup: to a cheap way of getting it done.

How long do the lenses stay clear, though? I've found many products that work - Some that work awesome and some that help a little, but none that last in the long run. I find myself doing it all again within a month or so down the road. I guess you can't expect much when they use such cheap plastic for headlight assemblies, huh?
