Front end clicking

What problems with suspension can cause a clicking in front driver side? Thought it was the serpentine belt and tensioner. Had those replaced the problem left for a few days but now hear the problem again. Sounds like the clicking gets faster as i increase speed. Before it went away after the engine warmed up but now it comes an goes. :4-dontknow:

Is it 4-Wheel Drive or 2? If it is 4 I would check your U-Joints. As they start to fatigue there becomes some slack in them and can cause a clicking noise. Also if there is not much slack in your U-Joints i would take a look at your Hub-Bearings. I was going through the same kind of issue until the other day my hub bearing blew while i was driving.

I have a 2wheel drive. I haven't really been using the truck much...only about 50k miles. I noticed that the steering wheel kind of vibrates a little also when I accelerate.
