Decisions Decisions!!

Juggling on what to get first

I want to go performance, but with winter right around the corner here in MI not sure thats the right thing to do.

If i go performance route here's the order i would do things let me know what you think

1. Diablosport Predator- Stock Tune 93 Octane
2. CAI- BFI
3. Magnaflow Exhaust System

Going cosmetic/ interior exterior route here is my order

1. Truxedo Bed Cover
2. Interior Stereo Systems/ New speakers rewiring new amp/ to stock HU
3. Spray in Bedliner (Line-X)

What do you guys think??

I'm thinking of doing all the interior/ Paint door panels, inserts, etc when the weather is nicer in the spring don't wanna take the door panel off and on too much.

So right now leaning towards a Truxedo or a Predator

Ummm, I would start with the liner &cover, then the CAI and exhaust, then the Predator, then the interior

love the spray in liners. however the bed covers are nice. I have the extang trifecta, very easy to use and looks great.

Yea i'm thinking prob Spring would be best to do perfomance considering i don't need the extra lower end HP in the winter with nasty road conditions.!!!
Main reason i bought the Truck Michigan has no money to even plow their roads anymore

I dont know with winter comming prob the bed cover keep all the snow out. Power in the snow would be fun but if your not the fishtailing kinda guy then do the performance come spring time haha

JBSPartans05 12-07-2009 01:27 PM

OHh i'm a fishtailing guy lol had an S10 2wd i know what its like but with our streets doesn't even take power lol

I guess thats another good question lol How easy are these bad boys to tip???

CdnoilRAM 12-07-2009 01:36 PM

I'd say go with the bed cover and liner, then exhaust and CAI, then pred and interior. Def want the cover to keep the snow out.

As for how hard are they to tip, if they're on level ground then they're not bad, my brother hit a curb broadside doing 80km/hr last winter and all he did was bust up his rims. However, if you're on any kind of side-side slope, then your chances increase exponentialy with the slope. The only rollovers I see are off the sides of the road where they dug into the ditch and rolled.
