Found this forum
When I was trying to find something for my truck
And was surprised to see that there was a forum that was devoted to Doge Trucks only
I have owned Chrysler product since the 60' ... ( it works that way because My dad was Service manager for Chrysler for a lot of years and was a judge for the contest for best Chrysler Mechanic )
So you know what I would drive all of the years I have owned dodges , Plymouth's, Chrysler's And a lot of trucks
In 89 when I first heard that Dodge was going to come out with a Cummings in one of the PU's I had to have it ... seeing I drove trucks for years and that was my favorite Eng .... so I have bought 2 since then and have kept my 5.9 and upgraded it instead of buying a 6.7 they cam out with ..not knocking the 6.7 but like the 5.9 better
So I have done a lot of stuff myself on the truck ..but for the hard stuff and stuff that need ppl that were specialist in that field did the other work..have a lot more to do ..but am running about 500hp now and want to get to 750-800 off fuel only later
but with what I have now I blow away a lot of sports cars and still get over 25mpg
So if I have questions hope you can help me out ... I am a electronics guy ..but drove a truck when I got bored ...;-)
and I can help other in some ways when I see a question I can answer
I am a admin at a lot of forums and a SM at a couple more so I know how to keep my mouth shut when need be and also how a forum is run so no worries from me to put up other sites or cause problems with outs ..and as far as I have seen here it is a nice site set up well and easy to navigate so I hope you will like me being here I know I will like it her from what I have seen

Welcome to the Z! Wish I had a cummins, work supplies me with a Powerstroke Superduty so I couldn't justify 2 diesels, so I enjoy my HEMI instead. I agree with you, I'd rather have a 5.9L myself, I think they were just absolutely SOLID engines with so much potential to upgrade. and NO emmissions requirements ;) I've seen a few 5.9s that're in the 6-700HP range with wicked torque specs using twin turbos. What all are you still planning to do to yours?
