What width Tyres

Ok so what width tyres do you have on the back of your truck ?

I ask this because I cannot get grip I am the 5.9ltr rwd only, and I can be a 60mph on motorway put my foot down slightly wet road and the back end lights up spinning the rear tyres.

I have the standard 16" wheels and 245 wide tyres. I am use to sports cars with 275 wide on rear but I did not expect this its fun I enjoy it but in icy conditions or snow my truck is useless I have to leave it at home which is kinda embarrassing lol

many thanks

My '09 came with 275s all the way around.

If it's ice and snow you're worried about, I think the type of tires you have will make more of a difference than just the width. Not saying that the width isn't important, just pointing out that I think you'd be better off in the snow with a 245 snow tire than a 315 drag radial

Mine came with 275/65R20s and I upgraded to 285/55R20s. Having 4x4 capabilities rock, but if you're running only RWD then I'd recommend tire chains and a dedicated snow tire. I don't know if studded tires are legal in your area, but they will definitely help.
