A-pillar Grab Handle

Last year on a hot summer day as I was getting into the truck I grabed the interior grab Handle and it pulled out.. Has anyone else had this happen and what did you do to repair the A-pillar grab handle?

A new plastic piece from the dealer isnt cheap

Its never happended to me. I have taken them off to re do the colour. Easy to change.Try a wrecking yard for them. Paint them if needed.

A couple of people here have pulled them out when getting in. I'd definately check a wrecker to see if they have any, much cheaper than the dealership.

I would look at getting an Auto-Meter pillar installed. I have on in my truck with 3 gauges in it. Makes the interior look really different and sportier! I think they are like $150 or something like that. You can get 1,2 & 3 pods for gauges. The gauges can be cheap as well, they range from $20-$100. It all depends on which series you get and the actual application.

If you got the 1 pod just throw a voltmeter in, it is easy and cheap to install. That would be cooler than getting the replacment handle

Thats a nice idea, I have seen them online but I'm not much good at running and connecting the wiring.
