Any idea what it should run and make for horsepower?

Hey Guys I have a 2008 1500 crew cab 4wd Big Horn with the 20 inch wheel package. I have the magnaflow side exhaust, Diablo predator, and k&n CAI. Any guesses? Also any pros or cons to an under drive pulley swap?

As it stands probably mid 15's... yes, an underdrive pulley will make a difference.. probably dyno 310-315 hp at the wheels..

really chef you think what 07 4x4 run stock 16's i thought lower

chefred112 05-18-2010 12:30 PM

im basin it on the wheels..with 17's it will drop .2-.3...the 4x4 weight kills the times too..if it were a 2wd it'll run high 14's (with 17's)

damm so what about exhaust, Diablo predator, headers nx 100 shot lol ineeda go to the trakc i too damm lazy

moparmike07 05-18-2010 12:35 PM

You know its wierd I have an 06 RT Charger and the truck feels pretty comparable through most of the power band. I know its not a race car but I sure do love the way it runs. Thanks for the information.

ya i got to go to the track. but with nx and headers full exhaust cams under drive pulley i should be mid to low 14's i guess

srtsir 05-18-2010 01:42 PM

I dont know about 4x4 but my 2wd with diablo, k7n intake, catback, and 4.56 i would be guessing in mid 14s to low 14's because my friends mustang gt 2003 cant keep up with me...And they should be a 14s car...

srtsir 05-18-2010 01:45 PM

I raced a 4x4 with k&n diablo and exhaust and it wasnt even a close race i killed him...So yes I think 4x4 are much slower because of the weight and most having 3.55 gear...I had him by at least 6 truck lenghts by the time we got to 90mph
