1987 Chrysler Conquest TSI ($4500)

Black on black leather 87 TSI. Everything works except for the speedo and cruise control (speedo cable broke), but, I'm planning on fixing that here very soon. So, then, everything will work. Also, soon, I'm getting a 4 wheel alignment done since it likes to follow lines in the road a bit.
A/C is ice cold, all new seals, new expansion valve, new drier, new relays, everything works as it should, and is converted to R134.

Engine runs excellent. I've had very good luck with this car, putting upwards of 15k on it since I bought it almost two years ago, driving it everyday. And, yes, I would trust it to drive anywhere. I'd take it to California in a minute if I had the gas money...lol.

But, tis a sunroof car...yes, the sunroof mechanism is stripped out as they all are, but, I usually just put the whole sunroof in the trunk anyway. Interior is pretty much mint besides the steering wheel leather and a small pin hole (about an 1/8") in the driver's side seat that hasn't gotten any bigger since I've had the car.

The passengers frame rail has been replaced with box steel that is way thicker then the original stuff.

Brand new 3" turbo back exhaust with a Flowmaster 40. Sounds great. Real deep.

Engine is basically stock minus all the emmisions stuff. As I said, the 3" exhaust and a Turbo XS RFL BOV. Also, all the electronics/wastegate have been upgraded to 88/89 spec for 10.5 - 11psi of boost.

From the info I have gotten, this motor now has somewhere around 65k on it (its from Kreal's car), whereas the car has about 130k on it now.

As far as interior mods, I have a stereo out of a Diamante which is actually pretty cool for a stock Mitsu stereo (it even works with the steering wheel controls) , and Mookeh Blue gauges with the white odometer mod, and a real boost gauge put into place. Also, I have changed the clock to blue. I had the a/c panel blue, but, I tried to change the face on it and failed miserably. So...I put a stock orange one back in it. I could change it to blue lighting if desired.

Umm...I'm sure I'm forgetting a lot...but, let me know if you need any info.

Also...what I know for a fact the car needs......
Paint (yes, this year old paint went to hell quickly. Cleans up nice, but oxidizes within a couple weeks)
Left rear CV boot
...and...I think thats about it. An air filter to turbo hose would be beneficial as the one on it looks like crap. But...

And...I've only ever boosted it above stock 88 settings once when the vac line on the wastegate popped off, so...that was quickly fixed. As I said, I've been daily driving the car and haven't wanted to mess with it to hurt reliability.

But, let me know if you're interested or need any more info/pictures. My phone number is 941-214-0014. My email is strang3majik@live.com

I'm asking $4500, and thats with a parts car with most major body panels still on it, and a bunch of other spare crap I have laying around. (another TB, JustPaus's lenses I haven't put on yet, dash pieces, steering wheels, stock radio...etc)

I had a 1G leather wheel in it, but, I put this one back in since I now have a stereo that works with the steering wheel controls.

Also, has a brand new clutch, resurfaced flywheel, new slave, and fresh gear oil in the (new to the car) 88/89 transmission.

But, someone buy her so I can fund my truck, SC, GLH, and Barracuda projects...haha. I love this car, but, they all mean more to me :p

thanks. Hopefully I can sell her so I can get my truck done.

And, I do really like the car. If I could keep it, I would, but, I have 5 cars, and this is the only one I can part with, or thats even worth parting with anyhow...haha.

But, it is fun, handles like its on rails. Isn't necessarily a rocket, but, will whoop a bone stock 5.0 Mustang GT :D
But, it does all it does at about 18 mpg...lol
Also, the 4 cylinder doesn't sound like a wet fart like the hondas and all. I hate those things. But, this one sounds like a very very PO'd 4 cylinder. :p Very throaty sound.

That's awesome! Great luck with the sale!

That car looks like it should be in The Wraith handing Charlie Sheen his own ass.

and, haha...you have no idea how many times I've gotten that.

The common misconceptions are...
KITT from Knight Rider
The Wraith
Supra with a widebody kit
RX7 with a widebody kit
Foxbody mustang (very insulting :p )
Dodge Daytona/Laser
and last but not least...a DeLorean...haha.
