This is not a body question but tires

I have 01 dodge ram 1500 club cab 4x4 off road edition. It has on it right now 33x12.50x17. i'm wanting to transfer that number to like 295 or what ever it comes out to. I bought the truck with these tires them there mickey thompson claws. and they have no traction at all in rain or snow. i want your guys in put on what size and brand to go with. i do work off road in the dirty about 50% of the time and the rest in on road. i was thinking bfgoodrich all terrians. but let me know what you guys think and what tire size to go with thanks

If you had 33" tires on it already then go with 33" BFG All-Terrain KOs then. I have a set of them on my truck and they are a good tire! I have awesome traction in the rain even when I hit it. I had them on for 5months now and they still look brand new! They really hold up well, I love them.

Mine are 33" and they measure 305/55/20. There are conversion calculators on the internet that will change the metric numbers into imperial.

I have 285/70/17s on my off road. They are Kelly Safari Trex. I have no problems in rain or snow.

i just put these exact tires on my 94. they measure 33". very quiet on the highway. works well in the rain too. if you are doing alot of off road driving, my only concern would be that they are only 8 ply. i had 10 ply on it before, but i could only get 10 ply in the 265's - and they were backordered 8 weeks. since i never go off road, i had no concerns.

I have a 2" daystar leveling kit on the front of my Off Road . I have BFGoodrich All Terrains on mine . 315/70/17 . They do rub slightly on hard turns . But it may go away once I get an adjustable track bar .
