Possible death wobble .

Have the front end alignment checked. Take note of the initial readings.
Do you have any amount of play in your steering wheel?
With the truck parked, if you grad a front wheel and try to wiggle it in the left/right direction, do you hear/feel any thump?

U joint in the front axle may be boring out the hole so it's oblong causing a major vibration. Check the axle shafts. One may even be bent but it's more than likeley a u joint.

As always, check the cheapest things first (u-joints). Check slop in the slip joint on the front axle; Also check bushings on upper and lower control arms. Put a foot on the brake and apply a little throttle. First forward, then reverse. Can you feel anything pop?

Did you check the track bar?
