leveling my '10 4x4

I'm sure this question will puzzle the gun-ho truck lifters. I want to actually level the rear of my truck. There is a local company that custom makes coil springs. Now will this work without effecting driveline angles for the 4x4. And my plans for heavy load squating is installing a rear bag kit. Does this sound do-able? Need opinions.

Don't feel out of place... some crazy people lower 4x4s... A shorter set of springs is just the key to do a rear level, and if you're already planning on rear bags then you're set. Now, have you thought about removing the rear springs entierly and just installing an air-ride system? This would give you infinite adjustability to your rear ride height, and an on-board compressor is ALWAYS handy for things like flat tires, filling inflatables... or running train horns :gy:

As for the driveline angles, you'll be fine with only a 2" level as the angles aren't extreme enough to cause issues with the U-joints.

Thanks, basically what I figured. As for full air ride, maybe in the future but for now, practicality.

Actually looking further into it, I would'nt need springs. Airbagit.com has a bolt on rear bag kit for $500 that would just replace the rear coils. Might consider a bigger air tank though.....for some train horns.
