Homemade CAI

7 Attachment(s)
I just recently installed a homemade CAI with a Spectre Power Adder Filter--pictures are attached. I'd like to thank Werm and SixGun for their posts for some visual aid.

Let me know if you have any questions about the procedures and parts. I'll also take some advice or criticism in anyway as well.

Thanks,

Omar

Ya I had a little help from my buddy down at the local muffler shop. He helped weld in the bracket and a "nipple" for the hose.

looks good..at some point you want to do away with the 'hat' and just get a 90 degree elbow...the resonator tends to break up airflow going from tube to tb..

Looks pretty good. Are you painting it or anything?

Heck of a lot nicer than some aluminum tubes I have had and a few others that are going around on E-Bay that crack with any kind of heat. Good Job. I think that would look great with some Ceramic paint or at least some High Heat paint.
