Who knew...?

Ok, so yesterday I was bored and decided to clay bar my truck. This was my first time using a clay bar and I have to say the results were impressive. After waxing the truck, I stood back admiring my handiwork and I noticed the waterspots on the glass that I never could quite get rid of. :thk: Then it hit me - why not give it a try? I took the clay bar to the glass on my truck and viola! no more water spots and the windows are now slicker than they've ever been. I finished off the job by removing the residue with Invisible Glass and hit the windshield with coat of Rain-x. Then I moved on to the chrome grille and hit it with the clay bar as well. Same result - a smooth, shiny finish. Who knew?!

That stuff is awesome! Scott did his car before Gatty and my truck afterwords....holy cow! The gloss and sheen are remarkable to say the least! Good good stuff!

Claybar is a wonder putty for sure...I have used it for years on my Lightning and it really shows great results.

That's pretty sweet, I'll have to try that one of these days.

I watched a car wash use it just on the front of Scotts car for the bugs and it was so effortless, it was amazing! We use Zaino's. Expensive but really REALLY good!

I'm sure it is, but is it spelled with on "r" or two?

Definitely worth it! Every car should have it done right after purchase to rid of contaminants. After using it on the paint, I will hit the glass last as the claybar does not need to be perfect for it to be effective on glass. Clay, Invisible Glass, SIG Repellent. Looks, feels, and performs great!
