Tow mirrors stick out further stick, plus they also have the ability to telescope out for wider loads.

mine stick out farther but do not telescope. but they do fold from horizontal to vertical for towing.

Yep the are larger and they also flip out. I have a 07 Ram that came with the regular mirrors and I put on the tow mirrors. The ones for the 3rd gen rams have the convex mirror which allows you to see more (telescope) on the top right corner. I am not sure if the new ones have that or not.

The nice thing is that they flip up which lets you see behind much better. They do that so you can see the trailer better!! NO WAY! aha

These are the ones I'm looking for. I see you have a Sport and located in upstate NY as I am. So I'm guessing you ordered these?

Check out eBay for Trailer Tow mirrors. Make sure they fit your year and model. You can also Google them. Also you can check with the dealer.

If you're used to a "regular" passenger mirror (objects in mirror are closer than they appear), then a "tow" passenger mirror can be a bit of a shock as objects are actual size and the field of view is narrower in the main mirror. There is a convex spotter mirror, but I didn't like it when the mirrors were in the down position.

I don't have any pics showing the different field of view... but here a couple of the mirrors up & down.

Yes, those are the Mirrors I would like. They were on the vehicle I test drove and I did check them out in both positions.
