overheating 4.7

temp guage almost in red: changed thermostat, no good still overheating changed water pump, no good still overheating. Pressure tested was good. Took to dealer they said might be a blown head gasket or a cracked head leaking exhaust gas into coolant. I thought a pressure test would have found either of those.

Based on my experience your radiator is partially clogged. It happens a lot in older Rams that haven't had the cooling system flushed when required. A chemical test that checks for combustion gassed in the cooling system would rule out a gasket or head problem.
