99 Ram 1500 Quad Sport ride height

Hello all.
I'm new here and and have a question on my 99 sport that I bought a few months ago. When parked on level ground, the back end sits noticably lower than the front end. the shocks don't seem to be bad. Yesterday, I hauled a 2/3 yard of dirt, and hardly sagged at all, so I don't think anything is broke. I've heard of the leveling kits, but I thought they were for the front suspension. Any help or input will be appreciated.

Welcome to the site! Does your truck have the off road package or helper springs? That may be the reason why it didn't sag to much. I know I can load my truck up and doesn't hardly do a thing

Wonder if the rear springs are just worn out. Is there a leveling/lift kit in the front?

thanks for the replies. I think it does have the leveling kit. I'll attach some pics of the front and back when I have some time later.
