How to tell if truck is lifted

I just got my 97 Ram, its an extended cab 4x4, it has 33" tires on it and seems to sit up pretty good, the wheels have lots of clearance, I cant see a level kit in the front, the rear blocks look as if they are higher than normal I think... they are about 3", so how can i tell..

I could be wrong but I think your truck is stock ride height. There's a lot of members that can tuck 35's with just a level so im not surprised you can tuck 33's

That looks like it has a front leveling kit on it, about 2". Check the top of the spring perch for any rubber or nylon inserts over the top of the spring or between the spring perch and it's top mounting spot.
