Front Axle....

I know the front axle on the 1500 Ram's are a Dana 44.

Can everything from the steering knuckles out from a F-150 Dana 44 be put on the stock Dodge Dana 44 so you can have the manual lockouts instead of the factory Dodge vacuum engagement?

I'm not real sure . I don't think I've seen a 44 under a F-150 . What year F-150 ?

All F-150's prior to '97 had the Dana 44. The '80-'97s had the TTB (Twin Traction Beam), Fords first truck version of the independent front suspension. All F-150's and some F-250's prior to '80 had the Dana 44 in solid axle form. The solid axle Dana 44's in the F-250's were 8 lug.

All the Ford Dana 44's were high pinion versions.
