3G Brakes - Rotors, Pads, Lines???

Ok, I did a search and wasn't coming up with much. If you want to move this, or close this cause I didn't look hard enough just let me know.

Been looking into upgrading the brake system to my new truck (2008 1500 Big Horn 4x4) and I have been going by what I know (autoX, so I know about brakes). I know that Power Slot makes rotors for the 08s, and Hawk makes pads, but what I am having a hard time finding is the SS Lines. :4-dontknow:

I did a search on Summit for Goodridge (have them on my 3G Eclipse), but they highest year they go to is 2002 (which is the first year of the 3G model), can I use the 2002 SS lines on my 2008 or will I have fitment issues? Any insight is a big help. :Hey:

You might check out

I have heard good things about them

you may have to make your own brake lines, using the brake lines on your vehicle now as a pattern, most NAPA auto parts places have a good stock of different lengths of brake line, most all brake line comes in straight lengths & has to be bent to the correct shape
use a good tubing bender, not some cheap tool from Harbor Freight

I would not think 02 lines and parts will work on the 08.

No No No, I don't need new steel lines, I ment SS braided lines, you know that connect the steel lines to the calipers.

I could have been wrong, for some reason I thought the 02 was Gen 2. Sorry about that.

Ever since my OE rotors warped I have been using NAPA High Performance rotors which I do like a lot . I have not had a hint of the old warped rotor feel . Pads are Satisfied's ceramic but I will eventually go with EBC which I put on my Jeep TJ and they made a heck of a difference on them little brakes.

That is great, but do you know anything about the lines I have in question??
