roll pan question

Can i paint my roll pan installed or do I have to take it off and reinstall after it get painted???

You can do either. It's easier to paint with it off of course but I've seen them installed and then painted. My concern would be the tabs and flanges that match up to the truck body that would not see any paint if it is done installed.

I would take it off personally. Not that you have to so the decision is ultimately yours. Best of luck and keep us posted, with pics of course!

The unpainted surfaces may rust then blister up your painted surface .

Its up to you really. Are you doing it?Mine is fiberglass.........No problems with rusting if not all painted. Also mine screws on the ends and to the box. Not a problem re/re n it..........JMTC
