Checked my DTC today, what to do?

My truck has been running kinda ruff lately, acceleration is fine but maintaining speeds has been a challenge. I threw a code this morning when I was driving and stopped into autozone real quick to check it. P0172 (The computer has recognized a rick or lean condition on one engine bank only.) Also code P0132 (The computer is recieving a high voltage indicating the system has a low content of oxygen.) So I'm guessing one of three things.
1.) Bad O2 sensor.
2.) K&N Filter needs cleaned/charged, I looked at it a little while ago and it's not so red anymore.
3.) Bad fuel pressure regulator.

or could it be something else?

sounds like a bad oxygen sensor. I would call the dealer and pick their brain a little bit before you changed anything though. I always clean my K&N filter every oil change (3k mi.)

I usually do it about every other oil change on my other vehicles, but I just got the truck about a month ago about the same time my wife had our baby so I haven't had the time or resources to really go through it. I've only drove it about 6 or 7 times since I got it because I know it needs a lot of work. I have a pretty good size to do list going right now for it. It's no where near a show truck nor do I want to make it into one. I have my F150 Lightning for that but I'd at least like to get it up to par even though I'll be dumping more money into it than what's it's worth.

Mine threw that code and i changed the after cat O2 senser and it fixed it.
