Camo Dodge Ram

I am looking at doing a full camo wrap on my 2007 1500 in something like this www.camo4u.com - has anyone tried working with vinyl like this? Was it hard to install yourself?

Welcome to the forum! I checked the website out. Looks like a cool product. I have never used a product like it before, but Im sure someone on here has had experience with it. I hope you get a response.

hello and welcome, you should really have it professionally installed for the best look

I agree ^^^^ vinyl can be tricky especially when its starting to get cold out. I would say if you really wanted to do it, try a small portion and take your time. just my suggestion

Welcome to the Z. I watched the guy install the stripes on my bed. You have to be really good to make it come out right. One mistake and its shot, there is no adjusting.

We have a lot of forums for all kinds of topics, so you shouldn't have any problems finding a place to post questions.

We LOVE pics of Rams.

Here's how to post them: http://www.ramforumz.com/forumdisplay.php?f=73

I would definitely get it professionally done.

I would get it done by someone that has alot more experience, air bubbles look horrible if you cant get them out and since it's the whole truck u don't want little air bubbles scattered. Post pics if and when you do it!

I tried it on a 4wheeler once,i would let someone else do it,its real hard to put on and make it look good

One other thought. I'd suggest comparing the cost of wrap vs getting it painted. I'm not talking rattle can paint.
