New (old) wheels
Well, some of you may think the old sarge is cracked,..but I just bought a set of Chrome Clads 20s from a nice fella in Georgia for my 2010. They are off of his 2008 Ram. I love the look of those wheels and I'm looking forward to replacing my 20" Satin finish Wheels. The only thing I am wonderring about is the TPMS. He said he didn't have that option on his truck. I do. Guess I'll find out soon enough what I'm facing... Hope your all well...Stay safe,

I actually like the chrome clad 20's on my 10. I polish them up a nice like

Have the TPMS sensors removed from your wheels and put on the new ones.

When you go to swap wheels, have it done at the dealer. Most tire shops do not have the special adapter required to mount and balance the chrome clad wheels.

Thanks RootBeer....good advice and I'm sure your right. (hate paying the dealer prices But I believe that's where I'll have to go. Hope they give me the "Old man Retired Soldier Wrinkled Irishman discount!"
But,...most likely not......

if you have a discount tire around you they know how to do it and are alot cheaper then a dealer

I know what you mean. The dealership will soak me to the bone... I have a couple of tire shops locally that I'm going to stop and check out this week. Wheels should be arriving by thurs or friday. Thanks for the suggestion. Appreciated....

I have to agree with everyone else and say try to find a local shop that has the tools to do it. Yea it doesn;t matter that the 08 Ram did not have the option. When you go buy aftermarket rims they did not come with the option either.

Just use yours on the new wheels, sarge. Any good tire and wheel shop can swap them over for ya.
