Hello all, im new here and im having a few problems with my ram. my driver side window sticks. when i hit the switch it will go down but doesnt want to come up, after i smack the door a few 30 times it will finally start to come up and i need to get this fixed since im here in indiana and the winters are cold!

I would think there would be a problem with the motor that pushes the window up and down. A buddy of mines is messed up because it got water and mud in there, but that may not be your issue.

Take the door panel off and look inside. Either it needs lubrication on all moving parts, or the motor is dying on you.

Make sure your window transport mechanism isn't binding and that you don't have a cracked or broken plastic transport wheel/bushing at each linkage connection.

I got the same damn problem, I was thinking it was a the switch but I cant confirm and dont want to approach the problem with the "shotgun" method.
