Little Heat

Its winter time again, and my heat isnt working as good as it should be. I normally warm my truck up for about 20 minutes before I go to work. The engine temp gets to the 200 degree mark as normal. I have alittle heat, just enough to defrost the windows, but not enough to warm up the cab. Im wondering what could be causing this? Even after driving for abit, or in the middle of the day when its not as cold, the heat still doesnt put out like it should. any incite would be well appreciated.

Are the heater hoses getting good and hot like the upper radiator hose at normal operating temp? I'm guessing tme most likely cause at this point will be a clogged heater core since blend door issues with gen 2 trucks are rare. I would try back flushing the cooling system and even blowing out the core with low pressure compressed air.
