thanks for the reply ill give a look and see if i can find anything . there is a storage tray under it and i can feel the jack and the tools tochange a tire but i cant get the stuff out unless i can get the seat to fold up.plus im sure there is good storage under there. that i could use

not that hard to get the stuff out from under the seat. theres 2 velcro straps that hold the tire tools under the rear of the back seat. and a short little bunjee cord deal that holds the jack. i got mine out without lifting my seat. mine does lift, but theres a speaker box sittin on top of it. theres also no storage space under there, cept for just stuffin junk under there.

I had that problem with mine until I figured it out. You have two handles one under each side of the seat. You can pull one or the other to release it (you don't need to pull both). The trick is that you have to push down in the center of the seat and pull out on the latch handle at the same time. Kinda pull and push (jiggle) the seat around until it releases. Then just push it up until it snaps in place (full up position). I have a lot of stuff stored under my rear seat. As long as you push the stuff in there and wedge it tight it will stay and not slide out.
