Balancing (wheel weights)

Ok I need some help, I need to know what the average amount of weight it should take to balance the 20" chrome clade wheel on my 2009 sport. Third set of tires and truck still vibrates above 75mph so thinking its not the tires. Currently there is about 9oz of weight on the rear and about 6oz on the front. Just wandering how much weight is on everyone elses wheels (who don't have a vibration problem)
Thanks....

That's WAY too much to be considered normal. On a tire/wheel combo that size, I'm used to seeing 4 ounces or so. Have all the tires been balanced on the same machine and have they ever been road force balanced?

agreed road force test them make sure you go to a good shop , most mom and pop places dont have the right equipment to do the job right

Totally agree on the road force balance. I had the same problem and finally it was resolved after a 4 wheel road force balance was done.

they were supposed to be, the second time the last set (goodyears) were when they determined the tires to be bad, know I have a set of michelins on the truck. Truck is going back to the dealer hopefully monday. I am haveing a hard time believing I had got three sets of bad tires.
