TPMS Fault

I was driving to work today and my rear tires both showed no pressure and it popped up a message service tire pressure. The tires aren't low. Any ideas? I shut the truck off, and it came up that way again!

When you say the tires aren't low, what is the actual PSI in them?

I suck......they were low!

I did check them today, 35.5 psi in each tire and the dash said
39 41
39 40

How weird is that? And I keep getting the two rear tires out or one rear tire out when the pressure is good. I'm confused!!

I pumped mine up to 40psi using a hand-held gauge. My TPMS said 36. To me its just another handy warning device. I don't go by it just like I don't go by the EVIC for mpg.

Yeah, I'll have to stick to the digital tire guage. I just don't want it beeping when it doesn't need to be!
