My Gig Lock Pick glitch?

Got it all installed and with the second switch down everything seems to be working like normal plus the backup camera can be enabled, however the dvd player won’t play when driving. Now with the second switch up the camera and dvd player both work like its suppose to BUT the speed-o on the nav screen stays on zero in motion.

Anybody with a lockpick have this issue or have an answer?

Thanks

Don't have Lock Pick yet, but I have a question for you. Can you hook up rear dvd/entertainment with the lock pick. I got every option but rear seat entertainment, but I don't like how the Mopar dvd headrests hook into the receiver through the aux jack. Any help is appriciated.

Yes, they give you all the wiring for that. You get 2 harnesses one the unlocking the NAV options and then another for rear screens, addition cameras (front and “baby cam”)

Have you contacted Susanne at NAV TV?

I was looking at trying to decide between lockpick and Allgig. I found what might be helpful for your question on the 0 mph in another thread.

I believe that's 100% normal. The reason you can play DVDs while driving is because the unit fools the nav system into thinking you're going 0 mph.

Does the Allgig also uses this trick to get away with the moving navigation and DVD?

I have a similar question, but more specifically related to the navlink functions such as checking sports scores. From what I understand the Lockpick does not affect the mph limitations that stops the user from being able to view sports scores in Navlink. Does the Allgig offer this functionality?

the way Lockpick system allows dvd in motion to work is by keeping the speed reading at zero. This fools the radio into thinking it's not moving and therefore allows the dvd and movies to be played. According to their documentation it doesn't affect the time to destination calculations.

Hope that helps

Yeah, I figured that out already. Thanks for the info though.
I haven decided if I should go with Allgig or Lockpick.
