That grille looks good but will offer little protection. If you want one that gives protection for your front end, check your local 4x4 shops or off-road places on the net.

That is definitely big...

If you're looking for protection, you want something like this:

or one of ranch hand's normal grille guards; they're a little bit more heavy duty than most grille guards.

However, since your truck is a sport, it might not fit much.
Do what Rootbeer said and check your local 4x4 shop.

That's a nice lookin' bull bar. But like RB said it will offer little protection.

IMO, grill guards aren't going to offer much protection to a certain extent. For example, last summer, my brother got t-boned in his mustang by an older lady in a 2nd gen dodge ram. She was doing about 35 when she hit him, with a full grill guard. It ended up totaling her truck. The guard just pushed back into her bumper, grill, radiator, and some other engine components. It was a mess for her truck and the car.

my opinion for a serious accident nothing is going to stop you from having damage but for a tiny fender bender they will give you some protection but not a whole lot just like everyone else says

If you like that guard I saw just about the same one on Ebay for 179.00 plus I think 50 shipping.

I saw some nice ones on Dodge Ram Highway Patrol, Border Patrol, & Homeland Security, & Railroad Security vehicles
