Another Ipod question
I have the factory Ipod connection in the glove compartment. The problem I have is when I park the truck for the night I leave the Ipod plugged in and when I start the truck the following morning the Ipod returns to the first song on my playlist instead of just continuing on from the last song played forward. It seems to me that the Ipod should just continue on from where it stopped instead of starting at the very beginning. Is this a truck problem or an Ipod problem? Is anyone else having this problem or is there a different setting I should be using, either on the truck or on the Ipad?

I seen similar questions.. I think but am not sure the answer is that its a design flaw of the Mygig radio.

What type of iPod do you have? Does it charge using the cable?

My 4th generation nano iPod stays at the song where it left off, but it won't charge the iPod. I would say it has something to do with your generation of iPod and the radio.

Mine also starts over with the first song on my playlist...

Maybe it's just the inferno red trucks

I cant find any settings on my Ipod to "continue from where you left off" except on Videos.

Might be in your settings. If its not in your settings, problem may lie in your radio.

Good luck.

I found out that if you leave your Ipod in the
"Shuffle" mode while it's plugged into the truck that it will always go back to the first song on your playlist when you turn the truck off. I guess you need to Shuffle your playlist in your library and then load them on the Ipad without turning the Shuffle function on the Ipod itself.
I haven't tested this latest theory yet.
