Rumble bee vs????

Not quite a kill but just curious if anyone has raced a 300 or a charger with a hemi, how do rams compare? I have a 05 rumble bee, CAI and an exhaust had some guy with a stock 300C talkin smack, never raced but just curious how I woulda done?

Never had an other Mopar want to run em. Last Ram I went up against was back in 2005 with my 04 Hemi. Mine walked him, but it was my 2wd vs. his 4wd.

300c hemi in those merge from two to one lanes which is about 0-70. He had that creeping movement happening at the light so he was eager to push in and he did give it his all but no dice. It was a decent length.
Not a all out kill but it was nice to stretch her legs for that small moment.

I ran my friends charger against my Ram when it was stock. He has cai and magnaflow cat back and he embarassed me. Granted my truck is a qc 4x4 but he made me look stupid. I am planning on a 100shot for a rematch :)

Id assume the 300c will win. Same motor less weight. But the 300c is a big heavy car so I could see a Ram beating it w/ some minor mods of a 2x4 RC giving it a run for its money just my .02

i had a 300 with the V6 and it boogied pretty good and had a 300C blow past me like i was standing still....i think even an RT with light mods vs a stock 300c, the 300 would pull away. and now that they put the 6.1 in the 300's they will REALLY go.

Represent the Rumblebees even though he most lilely would have won on weight and aerodynamics.

I have beatin a fairly stock one before in the 8th but thats cause they cant get traction and i can take off as hard as i want 4x4. But i would imagine that he would blow right by me at the 1000 or so foot mark. Stock chargers run right at 300hp/i think 285tq to the wheels and its got 4253 curb weight that is a power to weight ratio (horsepower : pounds) = 0.070538443451681. I have 350hp/362tq at the wheels and have 5064 curb weight that is a power to weight ratio (horsepower : pounds) = 0.06911532385466 so for me it really comes down to my lauch and getting the most distance i can early so he cant close the gap. Gross weight might be a bit worse for me but im not sure what the difference is i assume that it is is closer to the actual weight.

Here is the calculator site i used http://www.ajdesigner.com/

5064/350 = 14.47
4253/300 = 14.18

Looks like a close match up!
I think lbs per hp is easier to digest and how most mags write it up.

This is good to know. When we rematach its going to be from a dig. I was nice and went from a roll.
