Ping/Knock/Detonation Data Logging

Can someone show me how to setup my trinity to log this so i can see if i am getting knock or ping or detonation or whatever the prefered term is. I want to find out what my truck likes for octane. What sensors do i need to use, what am i looking for and so forth.

Sorry no one has jumped in to help ya, I have the Predator so Im sure the process is a little different. But if you go to Diablos website they have a support link, click on tech, scroll down a little and in the middle of the page is an email link, they are really good about getting back to you pretty quick, good luck

Issue:

Can someone show me how to setup my trinity to log Ping/Knock/Detonation Data so i can see if i am getting knock or ping or detonation or whatever the prefered term is. I want to find out what my truck likes for octane. What sensors do i need to use, what am i looking for such as limits for the sensors and so forth. Any help on the matter or even a reference guide would be great. Yes this is an awesome tuner but now its just laying around not getting any use and i would love to try to make it work to better fine tune my truck. Thanks

And this is what i got back from Mikey........

The preloaded dashes should have LT_KNK and ST_KNK PIDs in there already, which will show you how much timing is being pulled.
