chithead 02-01-2011 10:49 PM

It does have MDS, yes.

Toms Blue Ram 1500 02-01-2011 10:52 PM

Agreed , all 1/2 tons with hemi's have MDS except for the Mega cabs .

well shit so there really is no way around MDS without buying a programmer which as so many adverse effects as it is im returning my diablo sport already im very dissapointed with it i wish EDGE products would make something for a hemi i know they could figure this crap out

Not sure what kind of problems you are having with the DSP. Mine works flawlessly and I have realized some great gains with it on both my HEMI powered vehicles.

yea i have great off the line power and incredible gas mileage but the whole trans issue when down shifting more than 1 gear and now the surging at cruising it just bothers me too much i just need to find a good ol 5.9 diesel out of a 07.5 and put that in it n ill be happy haha ne one want a hemi with 2000 miles on it hahaha

You don't need a programmer to disable MDS:

It still kicks back in at around 35mph.....my truck will spin the tires until around 35 then it goes limp and down shifts.
