shudder when taking off...

i dont know where this is coming from.. if its suspension or drivetrain, i dont know but it happens when i take off from a dead stop.from maybe 5 to 10 ish miles an hour the truck shudders or shakes a little and thought it was a bushing of something somewhere? any thoughts?

Posssible tire , u-joint .

pretty sure its not a tire.. it dont do it on the highway or anywhere except when i take off from a dead stop. and i just checked all my u-joints while i have my t-case out.

Have you checked the engine and trans mounts?

dirty dodge 02-16-2011 12:02 AM

now that you mentioned it, i kind of feel dumb.. lol i remember when i had my t case out, that the tranny mount had seperated (metal was not connected to rubber) would this do it?

RamTech 02-16-2011 12:10 AM

It sure could. Pop in a new one and let us know if that cures it.
