New to Me 06 Lowered 1500; questions

Hey Guys,

I just bought my 06 Ram 1500 MC and it has been lowered, but I dont exactly know how. I am assuming lowered springs in the front and the removal of leafs in the rear.

The front is touching the bump stops, so I am wondering if I should find some drop spindles and put taller springs back in. Thoughts?

In the rear, it is really soft and I bottom out on more serious road chucks. I am thinking that I will just put some overload bags in and run them up to add some spring without adding height. Thoughts?

any comments or suggestions are welcome. thanks for reading

I have the lowered Bell Tech Springs up front and the rear flip kit in the back (which puts your leaf springs on top of your axle). I have since added the "slam air lift kit" by Air Lift, helper bags, whiched helped out a lot as far as bottoming out and was about $230. As far as the front I actually just removed the bumpstops on the front and haven't had any problems in the front, all bottoming out was on the rear end.

Yeah, all my bottoming out is on the rear, and just on the right I have noticed. Going to look for a blown shock and then onto the AirLift kit.
thanks for the help

Air Lift rules, Its amazing how much 10-15 psi can change things!!

Truck looks awesome. Hope you get the ride figured out so it's a little more comfortable for you.

Thanks Guys,
the bags are definitely in my future. as for now I have to check to see if i have a blown shock. sometimes that rear right hits really hard, even when i think i am going easy on it.
havent noticed any bump stops in the rear. do you guys have them?
mine is lowered in the rear by flipping the axle too. can you recommend any shocks? anyone done c-notches?

thanks for the help! much appreciated
