What happened to your battery?A new truck should'nt need a boost

My 300 lost the battery when my charger faild over the summer, it took a long time for the reading to come back on the dash. Think the battery wasn't up to full charge. :thk:

First idea is to take it back to the dealer. A truck that is less than a year old shouldn't need a jump start. Something is very very wrong.
