4wd bindage

First truck or me and am wondering if when in 4 wheel drive and turning it stops the truck I have owned jeeps before and never experienced this. Does my truck have a locker in it. It is a 2008 bighorn 1500 thanks

That's normal on any surface where the front wheels have a lot of traction. It's also bad for the transfer case to drive it in 4wd in these conditions.
