A/C not blowing cold air. need help
I am in the process of replacing the heater core on the Ram because I was leaking coolant but another issue I am having is that my truck isn't blowing cold air either. I tried adding freon to the car figuring that it was alittle low but that hasnt helped either.
could it be an evaporator or a condensor issue? I've been told that it is a good idea to replace the other core (i forgot the name) while replacing the heater core while the dash is ripped apart to save future hassels. I am not sure.
Any help would be appreciated.
Are you sure the refrigerant was low to begin with? Was the compressor engaging? What were the high and low side pressures?
nvm i am now trying to get the heater box back installed but there are 4 different colored vacuum lines that connected to the box but i dont know where each color went to on the box. any help??
