Speaker Size

So I'm looking to get some new speakers for the truck. The stock ones have been awesome to say the least, but it'd be nice for a better sound.

I'm looking to get something on the cheap end. I don't have money to blow, so i'm looking for something cheap. I'd love to blow my money on some kickers or something, but that just ain't going to happen.

Sony makes good affordable stuff. IDK. Any opinions?

And lastly, i need sizes. I don't want to tear off pannels to find out what sizes everything is when i could just get it from you guys. hahaha

Thanks a ton.

Look to www.crutchfield.com they have a list of sizes that fit our trucks. They also have great suggestions for price ranges.

I have the originals at home and can get you the size but I custom do audio so I removed the original stock and cut and fit POLK Audio's in the truck. Now it sounds AMAZING. I fit 6X9's in the rear which was not to hard if your looking for good background sound.

Alpine & Infinity speakers are pretty decently priced. I've used them in the past and they sound pretty good for the money. I have since upgraded to component speakers but a good bang for the buck might be those two.

I'd suggest you go to a local audio store and listen to some speakers. Even though you aren't listening to them in the truck, you'll still be able to hear the difference.

Good luck!
