Are you referring to your radio antenna for AM/FM or an existing NAV antenna?

Do you have NAV now?

Depending on which Sat. tuner you are using, no problems. The Sat. Ant. is the tan one, just remove the red locking tab, then you can remove the square outer cover, and use the round inner connection just fine. I added a little hot glue after I mounted it to my XM tuner to insure the Ant. stayed secure.

Upgrading your double din, will do nothing to the current FM/AM antenna.

However, depending on your model of head unit, it will not function with XM or Sirius radio. So these are additional addons you may have to purchase.

When I installed my 7" pioneer double din in dash touchscreen, I lost my Sirius radio. I have to buy some $150 addon.

So keep that in mind when shopping around as well. I dont care for satellite radio.
