horrible noise

Hey guys I need a little help I just bought my dodge a little over a month ago its a ram. 99 1500slt laramie 2wd everything was perfect until a few days ago I hear a loud noise sorta like a squeaking/ screeching noise on my front passenger side when I turn right and also when I hit dips and divits on the road im thinking it could be my fittings because it does it a little when I turn to the left but that wouldn't explain the squeaks or the screeches coming from the passenger side any help woul be greatly appreciated thanks in advance

just some thoughts

dry wheel bearing(s)
bad tie rod ends worn

if it were me i would go to an alignment shop & get a free inspection, then you can do it yourself or have them do it

these trucks are notorious for needing front end work. While ur at it get the ball joints replaced. I switched out just about everything on mine.. tie rods, ball joints, pittman arm, idler arm. Do the work yourself if you can Ive heard quotes of up to $1,500 for a shop to do it and you can get all the parts yourself for less than $500 if I remember correctly. I'll warn you that it is a PITA but well worth saving a thousand bucks in my opinion.

edit: there are two things you can count on with these trucks, You're going to lose the ball joints and the dash is going to crack. Other than that ive found it to be very reliable.
