Hey guys sorry to bother you but I have a 2010 dodge ram I put in lockpick 6 months ago it has RBZ radio and I have just purchased the factory tailgate cam 82211184. I have to ground and power hooked up to lock pick and now Iam curious what I do with the other wires inside the data cable (the sheild the LG/Blue wire and the LG/red wire. I know says to plug into cavity 3,4,5 of white plug I have done this and still nothing. I even tried to wire these into a rca jack and plug into the camera feed from lockpick. I have power through a test light when truck is in reverse and all is good, ground is good, was wondering what you may have done or if you have any ideas. When I put in reverse black screen check your surroundings, will be taking to dealer soon if I cant figure out. Wondering will they frown upon the lockpick, dont really want to take out as I have headrest monitors installed as well. Could I of fried my factory cam? Any help is awesome.
Thanks
Hockeyman

Thanks

It is not the same thing. They are our (navtv) competitor and not a vendor here on the forum. I don't mind answering questions but questions about problems with our competitor products should not be posted in the paid section of our forum. What problems are we having?

If you are referring to this thread http://ramforumz.com/showthread.php?t=75670

That is an incapability of the radio/vehicle not problem. If you dont get a reply from them when you email them., Let me know (via pm or email) and I will try to assist you.

no I honestly think its gotta be the cam I get power from that wire when I put in reverse. Just one question are either of these frowned upon by the dealer should it be removed before taking there. Thanks

Our interface is plug and play and should not cause any issues with the dealerships. In fact. we have Dodge, Chrysler and Jeep dealerships purchase our allgigs. However, dealerships are dealerships and they will try to blame anything but their own product. I would say take it out. And really you should take it out and see if everything returns to normal anyway. What are the three letters on the bottom right corner of your radio?

oops you already said rbz. Sorry..

I know we had to do further testing and make new software for the rbz radios. Locpic does not manufacture their product, They buy them from overseas and resell them. I would imagine they do not have the correct coding for the rbz radio.
