275/60/20 is the stock tire size which is about 33" I wouldnt go much taller. You may be able to squeeze a 305/55/20 but with the width it may rub on the control arms (.2" taller in theory over the 275/60)

Do you know what size in a 60 or 65 that would get me to 34"

Stangshcky12 04-22-2011 10:54 PM

60/65 is the percentage of the width of the tire. Its not really any specific value.
In theory a 275/65/20 and a 295/65/20 are with in an 1/8" of 34"

Our stock tires with the 20's is 33" already.

I got 285/65/20 on my 2005 1500 with a ready lift leveling kit but i have also seen the same tire size on other 2005's with no level kit but they had to remove the mud flaps to keep them from rubbing. I believe that the 285/65 is equivilent to a 35"...best of luck!

275/60/20 = 33" diameter
275/65/20 = 34" diameter
285/65/20 = 34.5" diameter
285/60/20 = 33.5" diameter
295/60/20 = 34" diameter
295/65/20 = 35" diameter

There is, unfortunately, not a great deal of selection outside of the stock sizes.
