Wax that won't leave white on trim

I have had a few detailers tell me there is such a thing but I can't find it.

Anyone know a brand that won't leave the white marks on your trim if you accidentally hit it?

A non carnuba wax should be what you are looking for. I don't know of any off hand, but that is a start. There is a really good one that starts with a "z." Maybe someone will chime in and help out.

Optimum Optiseal, which is a pure sealant that can be applied to anything. You can coat an entire vehicle on 1/5 of an ounce. Optima paint guard plus is a similar product.

I personally use Collinite 845. I apply it to my trim and it leaves a nice slick black finish that protects for months. Given, you have to apply it and remove it instantly, but it leaves awesome protection on smooth plastic surfaces.

Zanio works good also. The best thing to do is to mask your trim off before you start to wax--then you don't have to worry about it.

I just avoid the trim... :)

I always mask the trim with green painter`s tape, it takes a bit of time, but I prefer a carnauba based wax. I like Poorboy;s Nattys Blue, could almost eat it, it smells so good lol.
