Flabby New Shocks

Ever see new shocks this pathetic? The tires bounce on any road surface and they are well balanced. This truck is in fine overall shape and I replaced the original shocks with Bilstein 5100's. About $75 dollars each and this is what I get and I get the idea that the seller/manufacturer aren't going to stand the loss. Have a look-------

Not sure I see any problem here. Mine will wobble like that if I push on it hard enough.

How about going down the road? Even though mine will rock like that, it's nice, solid and firm on the road.

The rear tires dribble after every road imperfection with any tire pressure. Even the wife says, "is this normal?". It's not nice or solid or firm, it is horrible and they are coming off next week. If Bilstein won't refund them then they will be sold to anyone who has faith in Bilstein.
