warped rotor or something else?

the dealer has told me my rotors are warped so when i changed my pads i tried to take them off to get them cut (dealer said to do that) but it is rusted to the truck  now before i take it in for them to fix is this really whats wrong? should i just replace the rotors all together? my truck shakes violently when the breaks are applied as if the tire is flat and i am driving fast. how soon should i fix this is it very dangerous? the truck stops fine its just the shaking is getting worse. have I let it go to long and now need something else?

That is a sign of warped rotors, bro. And what they suggest, turning the rotors, is the fix unless the rotors are already at minimum thickness.

go to your local gun shop & buy some KROIL
it is expensive, but it is the best thing for breaking things loose. i only use it when PB Blaster doesn't work
a trick to get the rotors off is to take an old drum that fits your bolt pattern, put it on the studs backwards, don't tread the nuts all the way on, leave plenty of space, then grab the sides of the drum at 3 & 9 oclock, then jerk the drum towards you a couple times, using it like a slide hammer

As for the answer about the rotors, take them to who ever you want to get them turned, they will use a micrometer to measure them & give you a couple options
If they say that they are marginal, call the local parts houses & find out who carries
EBC pads & rotors, usually Pep Boys & O'riellys

Just go grab a rubber mallet or a hammer and beat em out of the rust ;) If they're warped anyways it's not like you can hurt em anymore.
