OEM SRT-10 22" on 1500
Just got a set of OEM SRT-10 22X10s for my '08 4X4 1500. In the market for new tires for the wheels, and would like some advice on tire selection for this setup. I believe that the OEM tire for the wheels are Pirelli Scorpion Zeros, but would prefer to go with something else. I'm looking to have as quiet and smooth of a ride as possible. I'm considering BF Goodrich G-Force KDW; Terra Grapplers; or possibly Nitto NT.

Couple additional questions for you guys- would the standard SRT-10 size of 305/40/R22 fit my 1500 with the 22X10s with no modification required? Also, would you recommend an alignment upon mounting the wheels?

Thanks in advance for any advice you can provide.

Not sure I can answer all the questions but I'd guess the factory standard size would fit and I'd definatly go for an alignment any time I put new shoes on the truck.

On another note, I see you are a Newbie who hasn't been properly welcomed, so how about using the link in my SIG to jump over to our Newbie Checkin to introduce yourself and post a few photos of that RAM!

Those should fit with no problem. Check out Toyo tires as well as Falken tires. Both are good quality tires for a reasonable price.

I'd go ahead and do an alignment if you think it is off. Just putting these on will not change the suspension geometry.

Thank you both for your replies.

Hadn't considered Falken, but I'll look into them. I see their S/TZ-04 model is very affordable.
