1985 B250 Belt Diagram or pic
3 Attachment(s)
Hi everyone I have an 85 B250 Camperized van. It has a 318 and I just replaced the waterpump and fuel pump and all engine hoses and belts(preventative maintenance). This thing has a crazy belt set-up. I was smart enough to take pictures of all the brackets etc for the ac compressor, airpump, waterpump and alt and ps pump and label the bolts. But in all of my infinite wisdom(haha) I didn't take pics of how the belts were routed(there are four). I can't find any diagrams anywhere I even have a dodge service manual for the van. I am getting the rad and heater core back today(pressure test and clean) can someone help me please? I am sure the 318/360 used pretty much the same routing and these were all identical from 1979-1993. Pulling what hair I have left out!

Thanks the diagrams helped, mine is actually different again from those but it was enough to figure it out. A few tips I coded all of the bolts with dots and did the same on the locations. The waterpump has 3 different lengths of bolts and the entire front adjusting bracket and spacer system is quite convoluted. Here are some pics of the belts. Maybe it will help someone.
318/AC/60ampalt/airpump/ps/ and idlerpulley 4 belts.

The old girl now has new w/p,belts,hoses,fuel filter, fuel pump, plugs, wires, cap and rotor, radiator and reconditioned heater core.
Now time for oil change, trans filter, diff fluid and check brakes.
None of this stuff had failed but it is our camper van and hasn't been used much at all since 2003.

Hey, after looking at those posted images, I realized the alternator to the AC unit belt sitting in my garage. LOL That belt also fits an older Snapper lawn mower. :)
